Requests & Tickets
To avoid having requests missing/ scattered in various messages & emails, we use a ticketing system. This way we can track the status of each question and provide the proper attachment to each resolution/ cases.
Need something outside the current project scope? Have a question that doesn't fit neatly into just one task? Use the Requests section to send us a message.
It works like a simple ticketing system — you submit a request, we respond, and there's a clear thread so nothing gets lost.
This is better than email for anything project-related, because it stays tied to your account and we can track it properly.
